·应用研究

以俯冲带的构造特征及演化为主要研究方向。综合地震学、构造地质学、大地构造学等多学科研究方法,针对西太平洋俯冲带和中国中央造山带开展深入研究,围绕俯冲带大地震触发机制、地幔楔内部过程、俯冲板块重建三方面关键科学问题取得了一些创新认识。

·近期研究兴趣

(1)研究俯冲带三维构造特征与大地震破裂过程的内在联系。

(2)利用地震波各向异性约束地幔楔内部对流样式及其物质组成。

(3)综合深部与浅部地质地球物理特征约束板块俯冲折返历程。
